At least six Palestinians were killed in Israeli airstrikes and gunfire incidents across the Gaza Strip as fighting and tensions continued despite ongoing diplomatic efforts to reach a broader agreement.
According to reports, four of the victims were killed in an airstrike near Al-Iman Al-Saeed Hospital in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
Two other Palestinians were reported killed in separate shooting incidents in Khan Younis in southern Gaza and Gaza City.
The latest violence comes as regional mediators, including Egypt, Qatar and Turkey, conclude another round of intensive discussions with Hamas and other Palestinian factions regarding the future administration of Gaza and the next phase of a proposed U.S.-backed framework.
Reports indicate that the proposal includes the disarmament of Hamas, new security arrangements and a phased withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip.
No detailed outcome from the negotiations has been publicly released, but diplomatic efforts aimed at securing a lasting agreement and reducing hostilities remain ongoing.
The conflict in Gaza has caused thousands of casualties over recent months and has triggered widespread international concern over the humanitarian situation, displacement of civilians and the destruction of critical infrastructure.
As negotiations continue, the situation on the ground remains volatile, with renewed violence highlighting the challenges facing efforts to achieve a sustainable ceasefire and long-term stability in the territory.
