Taliban officials say Pakistani forces opened fire in Kunar province, killing one civilian and injuring a woman.
Deputy spokesman Hamdullah Fitrat said the incident occurred around 9am on the fourth day of Eid in Nari district.
He added that Pakistani forces also fired at a vehicle in Shkin district of Paktika province, but no casualties were reported.
The Taliban had earlier accused Pakistani forces of killing a female doctor and her four-year-old child in Kunar.
Pakistani authorities have not responded to the claims.
The incidents come despite a ceasefire announced before Eid with mediation from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey, with both sides accusing each other of violations.
