The Taliban’s Defense Ministry says it carried out strikes on Pakistani military facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in response to recent Pakistani attacks.
Defense Ministry spokesman Enayatullah Khwarazmi posted a video on X showing a drone flight and said the Kohat military fort was targeted.
He claimed the operation, carried out by the Taliban’s air force, destroyed military facilities, a command center, warehouses and accommodation used by Pakistani troops.
Khwarazmi also alleged that the attack caused heavy casualties and damage to the Pakistani army.
Pakistani authorities have not yet responded to the Taliban’s claims.
