Poland Deports Three Afghans Despite European Court OrderLegal Concerns Raised Over Decision

پولند برخلاف حکم دادگاه؛۳ افغان را اخراج کرد

Polish media report that authorities have deported three Afghan nationals despite a temporary ban issued by the European Court of Human Rights.

According to the reports, the individuals were transferred to Kabul on Thursday, even though the court had ordered a suspension of the deportation.

Poland’s border guard stated that the court decision had not reached them in time but confirmed that the individuals were classified as “undesirable.”

Lawyers representing the deported individuals argue that the move raises serious concerns under international law, particularly regarding the right to seek asylum.

Reports suggest that the court’s decision had in fact been communicated to Polish authorities prior to the deportation, intensifying the legal controversy.

Human rights groups have described the action as a potential violation of international obligations, noting that the individuals had no criminal convictions.

The incident comes as the European Union prepares for discussions on the return of Afghan migrants, adding further sensitivity to the issue.
