The Israeli military says Iran has fired a long-range missile with a range of around 4,000 kilometers for the first time since the latest escalation.
In a statement, it said the missile could reach major European cities including London, Paris and Berlin.
The military claimed Iran has been developing such capabilities, warning that parts of Europe, Asia and Africa could be within range.
It also said signs of progress in Iran’s missile program were observed during recent fighting.
Iran has previously denied developing missiles with such range.
