Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said a freight train carrying commercial goods has arrived at the Rozanak station in Herat via the Khaf–Herat railway.
In a statement on Friday, Mujahid said the train included 37 wagons of commercial cargo and that shipments through the route are continuing normally.
He added that a total of 94 wagons of commercial goods reached the Rozanak station the previous day, including another freight train carrying food supplies, construction materials, and fuel.
Mujahid also said hundreds of additional wagons are currently in Iran and are expected to enter Afghanistan through the same railway route.
