Following Fuel Price Surge, Kabul Drivers Struggle With Rising Costs

در پی افزایش بهای سوخت در کابل، شماری از راننده‌گان از کاهش درآمد شکایت دارند

Drivers in Kabul say rising fuel prices are negatively affecting their daily income.

They say the increase in fuel costs, combined with tax payments, has added to their financial pressure.

Despite higher fuel prices, drivers say they have not been able to raise fares.

According to them, the price of fuel and gas has increased by AFN 10 to 12 per liter or kilogram, with concerns the trend may continue.

Drivers have called on Taliban authorities to take action to control fuel prices and improve their economic situation.

The rise comes as global oil and gas prices increase following regional tensions and disruptions linked to the Strait of Hormuz.
