The Afghanistan Freedom Front has accused the Taliban of relocating members of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) into government buildings and crowded public areas.
In a statement issued on Eid al-Fitr, the group said the use of civilians and public places as cover reflects what it described as a long-standing Taliban tactic.
The statement also criticized Taliban leadership for claiming strong security while Afghanistan faces ongoing Pakistani air and artillery strikes.
The group further accused Taliban authorities of concealment and propaganda, saying they are attempting to divert public attention instead of providing transparency.
The Afghanistan Freedom Front condemned civilian casualties and called on international organizations to conduct independent investigations.
Taliban authorities have not yet responded to the claims.
