The Taliban’s Defense Ministry claims a Pakistani drone has been shot down in eastern Afghanistan during ongoing clashes with Pakistani border forces.
According to the ministry, the drone entered Afghan airspace on a reconnaissance mission and was targeted in Lalpur district in the eastern zone.
Clashes between Taliban forces and Pakistani troops have now entered their eleventh day.
Meanwhile, sources report that Pakistani fighter jets have recently targeted Taliban positions in several Afghan provinces, including Kabul.
