Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine is ready to support efforts to counter Iranian-made Shahed drones in the Middle East following a request from the United States.
In a message on X, Zelensky said Washington had asked Kyiv for specific assistance to help protect the region against Shahed drones.
He added that Ukraine has ordered the preparation of necessary equipment and the deployment of Ukrainian specialists who can help provide security support.
Zelensky said Ukraine will assist partners who contribute to the country’s own security and the protection of its people.
