Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf says intelligence indicates “enemies,” backed by a regional country, are planning to seize one of Iran’s islands.
Without naming the country, he warned that any such move would be met with strikes on its critical infrastructure.
In a post on X, Ghalibaf said all movements are under surveillance by Iran’s armed forces and any action would face a “relentless” response.
